New leaders of the community arrive organically. They don’t have to tell you I am the new leader, follow me , I have all the answers, etc….  They provoke thought and change by intelligence, by breaking the normal stereotypes of society. That makes things better for all and not some . The ideas to elevate a marginalized community to a rightful place of equality on a concious base. To help align the community with the right path forward. In this day in age true thought provoking conversations happen but not as much as it used to. Everything is a circle, you can see new intelligence coming alive in the community. Through all the hate that’s being spewed towards the community, we are gaining ground by standing on beliefs not stereotypical norms created by poverty stricken conditions. But by standing firm and hold accountable the ones who try to uphold racist traditions upheld by our own government. When things burn down new things bloom. We are here and not leaving.
