I Call it one minute meditation, where you have to stop and close your eyes block out the things around you, release the tension in your body and breathe. Release the negative energy that’s trapped in your lungs, circulating in your blood and replace it with positive fresh oxygen. Supply your brain with fresh oxygen and slow your heart beat to be able to actively think tough situations through. Just remember it’s a few easy steps… stop…… breathe in through your nose….. out through your mouth.. repeat as necessary…. And go one being the person you really are.
